Our products are made exclusively with the products of our fields.
We work in a completely natural way. We plant and collect everything by hand, we use natural fertilizer , foliage and compost deriving from vegetables. We take care of our vegetable garden with passion and dedication, it’s like having a home garden but bigger!
Why extra jam? our jams contain more than 65% of fruit.
We use Gluten Free certified pectin. What is pectin? It is a compound extracted from fruit, exactly from the apple that is used to thicken the jam.
To sweeten we use brown sugar that has two functions: sweeten and preserve. Sugar being a natural preservative!
The processing of the product is done at low temperature (70 °) to leave intact of the organoleptic properties that should be lost to complete boiling (100 °). Moreover this type of processing avoids caramelizing the fruit avoiding to alter the natural color.
In short, we do not use any preservatives or chemical dyes.
Why citric acid? Any successful culinary preparation is based on the balance of flavors, and in the case of desserts, it is essential to have the right balance between sweetness and acidity.
Our supply chain is very short! We plant – We collect – We transform and the product is ready to be served on the tables. It’s a zero-kilometer processing in all respects!
